Joseph Jeffers is CEO of ASKI and a choreograher and activist. In 2025 he was the recipient of a Churchill Fellowship. In researching creative dance provision and older people he travelled to Soweto, Johannesburg, Durban and Barbados

He asked us to work with him on a report to share the outcomes of his research. For this film we interviewed him, gathered together media from Joseph’s work during the year and documented him leading a dance class of global majority elders in Sutton with the vibrant Sangam organisation.
